Daryl Cornelius the MD of Lending Services has many years experience of the mortgage and related industry having first joined Lloyds Bank in 1973. He formed Lending Services in 2003 and since then has provided mortgage advice for a wide variety of customers with differing financial needs.

Lending Services can source mortgages from the whole of the market, so whether you are a first time buyer or own a large portfolio of buy to let mortgages Daryl will be able to help. Since 2003 Daryl has placed cases with 60 different lenders which shows how he is able to meet his clients differing needs using a wide variety of mortgage sources.

Daryl has been able to find mortgages for clients who are considered to have “difficult” circumstances, for example the self employed who can’t prove their income or even people who experienced credit problems and have been declined by the high street lenders.

Recently Daryl has acquired the Advanced CeMap qualification which means he can now advise on Equity Release mortgages for people over the age of 55 who are seeking to use some of the equity they have built up in their property.

Lending Services charges a fee of up to 1% of the mortgage amount, you can expect to pay in the region of £495 but only upon completion of the mortgage.
